What we collect

When you contact us through the enquiry form, join a course waitlist, or book a session on this site, we collect the details you submit — things like yourname, email address, phone number, and message or course interest.

We also use analytics (Google Tag Manager and Amplitude, including session replay) to understand how the site is used — but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline or dismiss it, none of that runs. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and, if you go on to join a batch, to set up your student account. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The student platform

If you become a student, the separate Courskills platform holds the data needed to run your enrolment: your account details, the batches you're in, and your progress. That data is covered by the terms you accept when your account is created.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to follow up and for our records. TODO(office): state the retention period.
