US Truck Dispatching
Eight weeks from your first load board search to dispatching a truck through a full week: finding loads, negotiating with US brokers, booking, tracking drivers and keeping the numbers, plus how to start your own dispatch service from Pakistan.
What you will cover
8 blocks, in this order
Each block is taught in the room, with work marked by hand and returned to you.
- Block 01
Dispatch and US trucking basics
Who does what in US freight, trailer types, USDOT and MC numbers, hours of service, and rate-per-mile maths.
- Block 02
Load boards and freight searching
Searching DAT, Truckstop and 123Loadboard for a real truck, scoring loads on more than the rate, and spotting fraudulent posts.
- Block 03
Broker communication
The broker call from greeting to close, negotiating a rate with a reason, and carrier setup packets. Every student is recorded and coached.
- Block 04
Load booking and documentation
Reading a rate confirmation line by line, BOL and POD, detention and TONU, invoicing and factoring.
- Block 05
Route planning and driver management
Planning a week a driver can legally run, truck-safe routes, check calls, home time and keeping a truck loaded.
- Block 06
Maintaining data and sheets for drivers
A load log, weekly settlement and driver dashboard in Google Sheets that you build and keep using.
- Block 07
Problem solving and real-world scenarios
Breakdowns, missed appointments, refused freight and late payments, then a timed, simulated dispatch shift.
- Block 08
Starting a US dispatch business
Pricing and the dispatch agreement, the line between dispatcher and broker, and setting up and getting paid from Pakistan. Ends with a final practical and a business plan.
